IF YOU KNOW ANYONE WHO IS THINKING OF PUTTING IN A TEAM FOR THE 2026/27 SEASON, PLEASE INFORM THEM ABOUT THE AGM WHERE THEY HAVE TO REGISTER THEIR TEAM.

PERHAPS SOMEONE COULD PUT A NOTICE UP ON THEIR FACEBOOK PAGE, INVITING NEW TEAMS TO JOIN US.

THE AGM WILL BE HELD ON THURSDAY 21st MAY AT THE UNITY CLUB, STREET, 8pm. THERE CAN BE NO APOLOGIES FOR THIS MEETING AND THERE WILL BE A FINE OF £20 FOR NON-REPRESENTATION . It can be captain or team member attending, but not another team representative.

As announced at the February meeting, Ness will be standing down as Chairman of the League. If there is anyone interested in taking on the position, please contact Ness as she will be able to tell you what is involved. This position has a remuneration.

The decision will be made at the AGM in May.

The Presentation night is on Friday 15th May and tickets will be on sale on Thursday 7th May (not 8th as in books and fixtures).

We have invited last year’s disco- DJ Slimzy – to be the entertainment but we are awaiting confirmation. It was proposed and carried at the meeting that Ness should present the trophies.
